Okay, I literally had to laugh out loud at this! It’s true… so true.. and the not-yo money part… right on! xoxo

I literally want to use the words “not yo money”! and like, slap them on the wrist.

Very funny article. I don’t want to give my husband ammunition, so I won’t be sharing it with him! lol Funny to hear a woman give perspective from a man.

Lol! Don’t worry. I’ll have a ‘bad-boyfriend’ one up soon enough!

I love the way you write – “In yo face”! All very true though! My honey told me when we first got married he hates ‘Honey-Do” lists and I don’t blame him, so we banished them. Both of us have been very good to thank each other daily for all the little things and make a conscious effort to make the other one feel appreciated – it’s a huge reason why our marriage still works after 13 years.

I love that. I think it’s so important. Communication is vital and is genuinely the key to success. I think so many people feel ‘under’ appreciated and instead of just speaking up, they build resentment toward their partner and label them neglectful! Then they point fingers. It’s important to vocalize love and support as often as possible!

OMG! I have to retweet this link because it’s like the best post ever. So many ladies play the victim without realizing (or caring) about their roles in relationships. I wish I had four hands so I could give this post four thumbs up. Maybe I’ll use my big toes instead.

That’s pretty awesome. Thank you for sharing, Q! I think in most cases.. they simply don’t care enough TO realize!

Love your style! The mundane and sugarcoated blogs flooding the internet make me want to soak my eyes in fertilizer. Although, that could be considered the same thing as actually reading their blogs.

I’m happy I took the time to read this, not only because Chiara is a great fucking writer, but because I was questioning myself in regards to my last relationship (why he cheated, why he treated me badly from time to time, etc.), and it actually helped me feel better about the whole thing, because I was a DAMN good girlfriend. Not every single day, and I can acknowledge that, but I definitely supported him, loved him, sexed him (ha!), and did all in my power to be there for him. So thanks Chiara, for having this awesome blog and keeping us bitches in check you rule!

Stop Being Delusional!
There’s one thing that stands between you and a happy, healthy relationship: wishful thinking. When you’re single, you aim for a predefined perfection that doesn’t exist; When you’re dating, you pretend things are better than they are; And when it’s over, you refuse to let go and ..read more and check out the reviews!
